Holiday Closure
Fuji Ramen and Sushi will be closed on Sunday, September 6, 2026 for the Labour Day long weekend.
We'll be back to our regular hours on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: Reservations & Last Seating
As our evenings grow busier, we're finding it challenging to accommodate both walk-ins and reservations. To ensure fairness, we will no longer accept same-day reservations after 5:00 PM. However, we are not able to guarantee reservations.
Tables of 6 or more are subject to 18% gratuity.
Last seating is 35 minutes before closing (see our hours). Due to kitchen closing 30 minutes before the restaurant, we may not be able to accommodate parties depending on availability.
