FUJI RAMEN AND SUSHI
Holiday Closure
Fuji Ramen and Sushi will be closed on Wednesday, November 11, 2026 for the Remembrance Day.
We'll be back to our regular hours on Thursday, November 12, 2026.
Thank you for your understanding.
PLEASE NOTE: Reservations & Last Seating
As our evenings grow busier, we're finding it challenging to accommodate both walk-ins and reservations. To ensure fairness, we will no longer accept same-day reservations after 5:00 PM. However, we are not able to guarantee reservations.
Tables of 6 or more are subject to 18% gratuity.
Last seating is 35 minutes before closing (see our hours). Due to kitchen closing 30 minutes before the restaurant, we may not be able to accommodate parties depending on availability.
Thank you for your continued support and for dining with us at Fuji Ramen and Sushi!
