Reservations & Last Seating

Dear Fuji Ramen and Sushi customers. Our evenings are getting busier and busier. With that being said, we are finding it difficult to accommodate both our walk in customers and reservations. To be fair to all dine in customers, we will not be accepting same day reservations after 5:00 pm. Time slots fill up quickly, please call to reserve at least a week in advance.

Last seating will take place 35 minutes before restaurant close time (please refer to our hours). Depending on availability for seating (with consideration of reservations and waitlists), we may not be able to guarantee seating your party in time. Please be advised this is in effect as our kitchen closes 30 minutes before the restaurant does.
