Fuji Ramen and Sushi was a passion project for Benjamin Ang. He had a vision to open this restaurant with the hopes to create a place that serves delicious food, but also acts as a place of community. In 2020, Fuji was born and had to go through hardships of COVID-19. Through the global pandemic, Maria Hunter, co-owner of Fuji Ramen and Sushi, had put her best efforts forward as manager to make sure Fuji could survive during this hard time.

Maria works alongside her staff to ensure the success of the restaurant. Maria and her staff work together to ensure all customers receive the best quality food and presentation. We are thankful to have such a collaborative team, and thankful to our many customers who support this family-owned Calgary restaurant.
